The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve taking takeaway orders, assisting with packaging, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Accurately take takeaway orders both in person and over the phone.

• Provide clear menu information and assist with customer inquiries.

• Input orders into the POS system and ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner.

• Assist with packing and checking orders before handover to customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized counter area to ensure efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic spoken and written English (must be able to take phone orders).

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Punctual, reliable, and quick to learn new tasks.
