Key Responsibilities:
Market Knowledge & Lead Development:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, pricing, and developments in Dubai’s real estate market.

Proactively source leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of high-potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:

Guide clients throughout the property transaction process—buying, selling, and leasing.

Conduct viewings and provide in-depth information on property features, communities, and investment value.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience through expert consultation and personalized service.
Sales Execution & Reporting:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets to maximize earnings through salary and commission.

Record all client activities, transactions, and feedback in the CRM for accurate tracking and reporting.

Provide management with regular updates on market activity and individual performance.
Networking & Brand Presence:

Develop relationships with landlords, investors, and developers to expand your portfolio.

Represent the company at industry events, networking gatherings, and open houses to boost visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 1+ year in Dubai secondary real estate sales

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

License: RERA certified or willing to obtain
