We’re on the hunt for a talented Freelance Sales Closer to convert both inbound and outbound leads into valuable long-term clients.

Role Summary:

Are you a natural closer with a persuasive edge? We’re seeking a motivated, commission-driven sales pro who thrives on turning prospects into partners. This freelance role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, relationship building, and earning through results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and follow up with warm and cold leads to pitch SEMS’ services (Events, Digital Marketing, Creative Campaigns, and more).

• Understand client pain points and tailor solutions that align with our offerings.

• Build strong rapport with potential clients, overcome objections, and close high-value deals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers after successful deal closures.

Compensation:

• Commission-Based Only – Earn a generous percentage on every deal closed.

• Performance bonuses available for exceeding conversion targets.

• Flexibility to work remotely and on your own schedule.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferred within events/marketing).

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent.

• Comfortable working with targets and fast-paced sales environments.

• Fluent in English (Bonus: Arabic, Hindi, or Tamil).

• Based in Dubai, UAE.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 0–2 years of sales experience, ideally in events, media, or marketing services.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
