About the Role:

El Noor Events is looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and coordination of a diverse range of events in Dubai. From large-scale corporate events to high-end hospitality gatherings, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences while adhering to strict timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Event Planning & Execution

• Oversee all event logistics including budgeting, vendor coordination, and timelines.

• Develop creative event concepts, themes, and marketing strategies that align with brand goals.

• Ensure smooth on-site event management, from setup to guest interactions.

📋 Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure successful events.

• Handle client communications, ensuring that their vision is accurately executed.

📈 Event Marketing & Promotion

• Drive event sales through creative promotional campaigns.

• Use digital marketing strategies, including social media, to promote events and maximize engagement.

📊 Post-Event Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Gather feedback and assess event success using key performance metrics.

• Implement improvements based on analysis to ensure better results for future events.

💼 Team Leadership

• Manage, train, and guide event staff to ensure high-quality service and efficient event operations.

• Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency with event management software and digital marketing platforms.

• Creative, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

• Ability to motivate a team and handle high-pressure situations with ease.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
