About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Sales to take the lead in executing high-impact sales strategies for premier real estate development projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on expanding our brokerage network, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team. If you are fluent in Russian, have deep industry connections, and a proven track record in high-value real estate sales—this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Sales Strategy & Brokerage Relations

  • Design and implement effective sales plans aligned with business targets.

  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with top-tier local and international real estate agencies.

  • Maintain and expand a robust broker and agent database.

  • Host presentations and training sessions to keep partners up to date on project launches, pricing structures, and commission incentives.

  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing shifts, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.

👥 Leadership & Team Building

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales professionals.

  • Inspire, coach, and manage the internal sales team to hit performance KPIs.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure optimal results.

🏗️ Project Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align campaign messaging with sales goals.

  • Provide feedback loops from brokers and clients to product and marketing teams.

  • Represent the company at key networking events, expos, and industry functions.

📊 Reporting & Forecasting

  • Deliver reliable sales forecasting and market reports to senior leadership.

  • Track broker performance and oversee commission planning and disbursement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (MBA is a plus)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership role

  • Strong network of brokers and agents in the UAE and international markets

  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance sales teams and securing major deals

  • Native Russian speaker with fluency in English

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with a collaborative leadership style
