Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE’s real estate landscape.

Prequalify and register the company with top-tier developers, leasing agencies, and real estate platforms.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and sales goals.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Conduct market analysis to discover trends, forecast opportunities, and shape sales strategies.

Generate leads via networking, referrals, digital platforms, and targeted campaigns.

Develop and implement tailored business plans and presentations for client engagement.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and successful handovers.

Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute business strategies.

Promote off-plan and completed projects to investors and clients worldwide.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and property exhibitions.

Continuously track competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain market advantage.

Prepare detailed reports on development progress, pipeline status, and key metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile:

2–4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the real estate sector.

In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market and regulatory landscape.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong client engagement and relationship-building ability.

A self-starter with an analytical mindset and a goal-oriented attitude.

Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

UAE driving license and own car is a plus.
