At Middle8, we’re looking for an Office Manager to elevate our day-to-day operations and energize a team made up of creative and tech trailblazers—including some legends in the music industry. This is more than an admin role—it’s a launchpad to leadership.

In this position, you’ll work closely with company directors, manage daily office functions, and create an efficient, culture-rich workplace. You’ll also have the opportunity to step into an Operations Manager role as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily office operations

• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for leadership

• Support budgeting and expense tracking

• Help define and build office policies and workflows

• Coordinate internal events and initiatives to maintain a thriving company culture

• Assist with onboarding new hires and supporting HR admin tasks

• Act as a liaison between teams to keep projects moving smoothly

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative coordination

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Confident with spreadsheets, budgets, and scheduling tools

• Naturally proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Passionate about creativity, tech, and working in a fast-paced startup-style environment

• Experience supporting high-growth or tech-oriented teams is a huge plus
