Role Overview:
Join a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm in Dubai as a Real Estate Agent, specializing in property sales and leasing. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions while delivering outstanding service and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify property trends and lucrative investment opportunities.

  • Build and manage a strong network of real estate professionals, including brokers, lenders, and inspectors.

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties.

  • Organize property showings, open houses, and virtual tours, presenting properties effectively.

  • Advise clients on pricing, negotiation strategies, and legal documentation.

  • Support clients with mortgage and financing processes.

  • Ensure legal compliance in documentation and agreements.

  • Adjust marketing and sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service to foster repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay current with real estate laws, market conditions, and sales best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.

  • 2+ years of experience in property sales or leasing preferred (freshers with a passion for real estate are welcome).

  • Experience in both residential and commercial real estate is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; multilingual candidates are highly preferred.

  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, MLS systems, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Highly organized, motivated, and capable of handling multiple clients and listings.
