Role Overview
The Partnerships Executive will play a key role in supporting and expanding Paymob’s partner ecosystem. You will manage day-to-day communications, assist with onboarding, and drive partner success through collaboration across different teams. This role will involve relationship management, market research, and data analysis to ensure that partnerships are productive, scalable, and aligned with Paymob’s objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships within the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with existing partners.

• Support the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

• Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and assess their potential.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner initiatives and co-marketing efforts.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track partnership performance.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.

• Assist in organizing and attending partnership-related events, webinars, or meetings.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (internships and part-time work also considered).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of metrics and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).

• Familiarity with the fintech or digital payments space is a plus.

• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
