About the Position

Join TownX Real Estate Development LLC as a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. Ensure high occupancy rates, optimize property performance, and manage financial and operational aspects of the properties under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, renewals, and tenant relationships to maintain high occupancy rates

• Develop property budgets and monitor rent collection, ensuring timely payments

• Coordinate property maintenance and vendor management

• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and handle legal matters

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop leasing strategies and property promotions

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field

• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in Dubai

• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations

• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Propertyware)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
