Our mission is to make the UAE the global leader in Jiu-Jitsu black belts per capita. We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to help take our academy to the next level.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build partnerships, increase memberships, and help us scale. This is a key role for someone passionate about sports, fitness, and making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies for memberships, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with schools, brands, and organizations.

Create marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive academy visibility.

Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize results.

Support sales processes, lead follow-up, and client retention.

Ideal Candidate:

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (sports/fitness industry preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Passion for martial arts, sports, or wellness is a plus.
