Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive / Secretary to join White Sea Star General Trading LLC. in the UAE. This role involves managing the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of office operations, and providing critical support to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain office systems to ensure efficiency

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives and staff

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory

  • Professionally answer phone calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact

  • Draft and edit letters, reports, memos, and emails

  • Book meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team

  • Provide administrative support to department heads and executives

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and responsibility

  • Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion and integrity

  • Adaptable, dependable, and resourceful
