Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive / Secretary to join White Sea Star General Trading LLC. in the UAE. This role involves managing the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of office operations, and providing critical support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain office systems to ensure efficiency

Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives and staff

Order and manage office supplies and inventory

Professionally answer phone calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact

Draft and edit letters, reports, memos, and emails

Book meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team

Provide administrative support to department heads and executives

Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
