Job Title: Creative Fashion Designer 

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Fashion Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for developing original fashion concepts, collaborating closely with the in-house design and production teams, and ensuring product excellence from sketch to sample.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative fashion sketches and design concepts for apparel, footwear, luggage, sportswear, and accessories.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to select trims, materials, and finishes for new product development.

• Contribute to the full design cycle—from inspiration to final sample—ensuring brand alignment and originality.

• Maintain strong communication with suppliers, models, and material vendors to streamline development processes.

• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to consistently enhance product innovation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience designing a range of fashion products (apparel, accessories, footwear, etc.).

• Strong hand-drawing skills and familiarity with using in-house resources to visualize ideas.

• Proficient in CAD design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, etc.).

• Excellent sense of style, color, texture, and market trends.

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
