With a strong commitment to helping customers navigate life’s complexities through simplified insurance products and services, MetLife operates in over 40 markets worldwide. This full-time, on-site role will require the Sales Agent to engage with customers, provide exemplary customer service, and sell insurance products. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in Dubai, particularly in the insurance industry, along with the ability to conduct training sessions and collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.

Provide outstanding customer service to build long-term relationships and trust.

Sell MetLife insurance products, ensuring all customer queries are answered and addressed.

Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance and share knowledge.

Maintain strong communication within the team to ensure collaboration and consistency in service delivery.

Continuously meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Skills Required:

Proven sales experience of 2-3 years in Dubai, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

In-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
