This role is focused on credit card and personal loan sales, offering a hybrid work model with a digital process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of credit cards, personal loans, and insurance products, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Previous experience in direct sales within banking is highly desirable, particularly in credit card and personal loan sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for credit card and personal loan products to meet sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

• Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, and insurance.

• Ensure customers’ needs are understood and recommend suitable financial products.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.

• Manage client inquiries and provide support throughout the application process.

• Work within a hybrid model with a digital process to handle client interactions.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in direct sales, particularly in credit cards, personal loans, or insurance (1-year minimum in banking or related fields).

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of banking products, including credit cards and personal loans.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
