We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Client Relations to join the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) team. As part of a forward-thinking government initiative, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.

• Assist in the development and execution of client engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring the timely update of information in the system.

• Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.

• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

• Organize and coordinate client meetings, calls, and events.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relations.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, meetings, and events.

• Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in client relations, community engagement, or related roles.

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
