We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Costing Executive to join our team in the apparel industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately calculate garment pricing and effectively negotiate with clients to secure profitable business deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate accurate costs for garments based on materials, labor, and production factors

• Prepare detailed cost sheets and pricing breakdowns for client review

• Negotiate with clients and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms

• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams to gather required cost inputs

• Monitor market trends and material cost fluctuations to keep pricing competitive

• Support the business development team by providing timely and well-researched cost estimations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in garment merchandising is essential

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in MS Excel and costing software is a plus
