Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Malayalam-speaking Sales Executive to join our team at a well-established building materials and hardware store in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge in hardware items and fasteners, excellent customer service skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection, offering expert advice on building materials and hardware

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is organized and well-stocked

• Assist with inventory management and restocking

• Help with loading/unloading goods and occasional deliveries if required

• Keep the store clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times

• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and prepare accurate reports

• Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and relationship building

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in building materials or hardware sales (fasteners, screws, bolts, tools, etc.)

• Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Knowledge of the sales process, customer service best practices, and local market trends

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
