Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive (preferably a female Arab national) with strong sales experience in the UAE food industry, specifically within the frozen meat segment. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, hold a valid UAE driving license, and have a proven track record of engaging with clients in sectors such as Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), institutional buyers, and trading companies.

This role demands a driven individual with strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell frozen meat products across Horeca, catering companies, institutional buyers, and trading sectors

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the UAE foodservice market

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

• Conduct market research to assess trends, competitors, and client preferences

• Attend food industry events and trade shows to expand your professional network

• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and service

• Customize offerings to client requirements and provide tailored product solutions

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and product positioning

• Maintain a strong understanding of frozen meat product specifications and benefits

• Prepare and present regular sales updates and reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE food industry, especially in meat/frozen goods

• Arabic speaking with fluency in English

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Deep understanding of the UAE foodservice and trading landscape

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
