Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives targeting freight forwarding and NVOCC solutions

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets across key UAE sectors

Convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships
Business Expansion

Identify, approach, and onboard new customers across logistics and supply chain sectors

Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends, competition, and client needs

Develop relationships with shipping lines, partners, and industry networks
Client Engagement & Retention

Serve as a key account manager, building lasting client partnerships

Deliver custom proposals and sales presentations tailored to customer logistics requirements

Ensure client satisfaction with proactive communication and solution-based service
Operational Coordination

Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of service delivery

Generate pricing quotes and recommend service options aligned with client goals
Reporting & Performance Analysis

Maintain detailed reports on sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline health

Track KPIs and recommend strategy optimizations as needed
What You’ll Need:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in NVOCC and freight forwarding sales in the UAE

Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs regulations, and the regional logistics landscape

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms

Existing client portfolio in the UAE logistics market preferred

UAE driver’s license and readiness to travel (preferred)
