ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in financial reporting and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Big 4 firm and expertise with 1C accounting software. This role requires an individual familiar with local accounting standards and reporting practices, capable of operating in a fast-paced and structured finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support month-end and year-end closing processes in line with internal timelines and external regulatory requirements.

Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and tax filings.

Maintain accurate accounting records using 1C accounting software.

Perform account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and inter-company balances.

Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.

Manage fixed asset registers and oversee asset capitalization and depreciation.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and suggest improvements when needed.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Work with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification (or in-progress) such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.

3-5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a Big 4 accounting firm.

Proficient in 1C accounting software is a must.

Strong understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations.

Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
