Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive the promotion and sale of our valve products to both new and existing clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in valve systems, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, delivering technical presentations, and providing ongoing technical support while working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base and increasing revenue.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their technical needs and offering tailored solutions.

Deliver compelling technical sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of our valve products (such as butterfly valves, ball valves, etc.).

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to customers.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure smooth communication and alignment of strategies.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.

Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets, contributing to company growth and market share expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the valve industry.

In-depth technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and control systems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in sales, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers, attend conferences, and participate in industry events.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the creativity to develop effective solutions.
