Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth within the freight forwarding and logistics markets in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales within the logistics sector and possess a strong understanding of international shipping and supply chain solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics sectors.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their logistics needs.

Prepare and present competitive freight quotations, negotiating terms to close deals.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless, timely, and accurate delivery of services.

Monitor ongoing shipments and address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Generate regular sales reports and analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand market presence.

Stay updated on regional and global logistics trends, freight rates, and customs regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

Strong knowledge of international shipping (air, sea, and land) and supply chain solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
