About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to spearhead construction and maintenance projects throughout Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional capable of managing on-site execution, coordinating with government bodies and consultants, and ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete project lifecycle from mobilization to final handover

• Oversee on-site operations for residential villas, service blocks, and public infrastructure

• Supervise the construction of boundary walls, wooden/steel structures, interlocks, and fencing systems

• Secure approvals and maintain compliance with local authorities and clients

• Manage site teams including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors

• Develop work schedules, prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and detailed progress reports

• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays

Project Types:

• Residential villa and service block construction

• Facility maintenance and renovation works

• Boundary wall and fencing installations

• Construction of steel shades and wooden pergolas

• Interlock paving and hardscape landscaping

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of UAE construction experience

• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, building materials, and construction practices

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams and subcontractors

• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus

• Valid UAE driving license

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Preferred Profile:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Currently residing in the UAE

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
