Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and close property deals across both off-plan and ready markets.

• Offer expert investment and property purchase consultation to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through every step of the buying/selling process.

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, area developments, and pricing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• A robust network of buyers, sellers, or investors.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Must be based in Ras Al-Khaimah.

• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (preferred).
