DP World is currently hiring a Roaming Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance and operational functions across multiple properties. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with hands-on maintenance experience and a proactive approach to property management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at various DP World properties.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage on-site teams, contractors, and service providers to maintain operational standards.

• Quickly respond to and resolve urgent maintenance issues, providing on-the-spot problem-solving.

• Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure continuous property upkeep.

• Liaise with property managers, tenants, and stakeholders to address concerns and maintain seamless operations.

• Assist in budget planning and monitor cost control related to property maintenance.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance procedures.

• Ensure proper handling and upkeep of equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure.

• Support sustainability initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Criteria:

• High school certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facilities management.

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
