Job Description:

We’re hiring a driven Business Development Manager to join a leading logistics provider based in Sharjah, specializing in cold chain and 3PL solutions across the Middle East. In this role, you’ll focus on securing international clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint in the UAE and Oman logistics markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the 3PL logistics sector, with a focus on cold chain solutions.

• Target and develop relationships with international companies entering or expanding in the UAE and Oman.

• Promote and position the company’s cold storage and contract logistics services as premium, cost-effective solutions.

• Build and manage a high-potential pipeline of business opportunities.

• Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs and industry trends.

• Location: Sharjah, UAE

• Salary: Up to 28,000 AED all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications:

• Male, between 30 – 40 years old

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the 3PL sector with a strong focus on cold chain logistics

• Must own a personal vehicle

• Currently residing in the UAE

• Proven ability to close deals and build strong client relationships
