• Eaton, a global leader in power management, is seeking a Technical Engineer – Project Manager to join their team in Dubai. The role involves managing electrical system projects for data centers and other large-scale projects, ensuring technical coordination, and overseeing the design, development, and execution of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical scope of projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from tendering to close-out.

• Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and manage electrical project requirements.

• Coordinate with Eaton engineers and clients to ensure project execution.

• Provide technical documentation for projects, including layouts, site methods, and quality assurance reports.

• Perform site assignments as needed during project execution.

• Support project managers in mitigating technical risks and ensuring timely delivery of documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical design (MV/LV) and customer project management.

• Experience with data center construction, UPS, and commissioning is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and system engineering with power distribution.

• CAD experience and technical ability to write specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical details to customers and leadership.
