• Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a PR Lead – MENAP to develop and manage communications strategies across the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan regions. This senior role involves building relationships with external stakeholders, supporting public affairs, and helping shape the company’s voice on key topics such as government relations, licensing, and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term communications strategies to support Binance’s growth and policy objectives across MENAP.

• Create and manage PR programs to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Support public affairs and corporate communications initiatives.

• Track emerging issues and assess their impact on Binance, including mapping key stakeholders.

• Manage PR agencies and develop communications materials like press releases, messaging guidelines, and speeches.

• Work with leadership and spokespeople for media engagements and public speaking.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the PR team on the MENASAT leadership team.

• Use data to shape stories and craft local news angles.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in communications, with a background in PR agencies or in-house roles in the MENAP region.

• Strong understanding of the MENAP policy environment and experience in corporate, policy, and crisis communications.

• Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a bonus.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets.

• Experience in high-paced environments and maintaining calm under stress.
