  • Nabat, a climate tech venture focused on AI and robotics solutions for ecosystem restoration and precision agriculture, is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development. This role will lead market expansion, partnership efforts, and the development of go-to-market strategies to drive the company’s growth and influence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, market intelligence, and team leadership in the tech, agri-tech, or climate tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire business development cycle from market identification to deal closure and post-sales support.

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends, ensuring Nabat stays ahead in the sector.

  • Maintain close engagement with end users and stakeholders to understand evolving industry needs.

  • Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to expand Nabat’s market presence.

  • Develop and refine pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness.

  • Build and manage a commercial pipeline to ensure sustained business growth.

  • Lead and empower the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Drive the formation and management of go-to-market and channel partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or related roles within technology, agri-tech, or climate tech sectors.

  • Proven ability in strategic planning, market expansion, and team leadership.

  • Experience in establishing operational frameworks to enhance business efficiency.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
