• A leading organization in the emergency services sector is seeking a Business Development & Projects Manager to drive strategic growth and oversee critical projects across government, semi-government, and private sectors. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on business development and project delivery in sectors like civil defence, industrial firefighting, healthcare, maritime, and aviation safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients and strategic partners.

  • Lead tendering, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.

  • Maintain stakeholder relationships within key sectors.

• Project Management:

  • Oversee execution of awarded projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Manage project risks, planning, and interdepartmental coordination.

• Strategy & Advisory:

  • Support strategic planning and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Offer market insights and regulatory advisory support.

• Market Intelligence & Analysis:

  • Conduct research and analyze market trends and competitor positioning.

  • Evaluate ROI and assist with pricing strategies and partnership development.

• Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Emergency Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

• 10+ years of experience in business development and project management, preferably within emergency services or critical infrastructure sectors.

• Strong track record working with UAE government entities.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

• Comprehensive understanding of UAE regulations and emergency service sectors.
