• Cloud Kinetics is actively hiring a Project Manager for their Dubai office. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of leading large-scale transformation projects, including data lake implementations and managed service engagements. Candidates must have strong project delivery expertise across financial domains and a deep understanding of UAE tax policies and local compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver transformation programs involving teams of 30+ members.

• Successfully execute at least one data lake implementation using Cloudera, Talend, and analytics tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau.

• Manage engagements for managed services with a team size of 15+ members.

• Plan deliveries, manage governance structures, and oversee resource allocation.

• Track project progress, generate status reports, and maintain stakeholder communication.

• Run PMO functions effectively and align with project management best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum one large-scale transformation program managed and delivered.

• Proven experience with data lake implementations and big data technologies.

• Strong domain expertise in finance, taxation, invoicing, and capital markets.

• PMP certification and hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft EPM and Jira.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Experience with large system integrators (SI companies).

• In-depth knowledge of UAE tax policies and local security compliance.
