• Below Farm, a circular mushroom company in the UAE, is seeking an Operations Lead to manage daily operations across mushroom cultivation, harvest, facility maintenance, and team coordination. You’ll collaborate with the Head Grower to ensure operational excellence, smooth office operations, and seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Operations & Team Coordination: Manage farm operations, oversee farm staff, and maintain a supportive environment.

• Inventory, Supply Chain & Warehouse Oversight: Handle stock orders, inventory management, supplier relations, and optimize fulfillment workflows.

• ERP, Documentation & Systems Management: Support ERP implementation and manage important company documents.

• Finance, Accounting & Administrative Oversight: Manage accounting, invoices, and payment tracking for stockists and distributors.

• Customer Service & Cross-Functional Team Management: Act as the primary contact for customers and partners, ensuring operational gaps are addressed.

• Account Management: Oversee B2B account management for stockists and distributors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, food production, or customer service.

• Leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments.

• Familiarity with food/wellness industry practices, health & safety, and quality systems.

• Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Suite, cloud systems, mobile apps).

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• A driving license and own car are preferable (farm is inaccessible by public transport).
