• Royal Class is seeking a Network Engineer with expertise in network management, firewalls, cloud monitoring, system debugging, and security systems (including CCTV). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing support for network, systems, and security operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain internal and external networks

• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance

• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions

• Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime

• Implement and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions

• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Maintain CCTV systems, ensuring optimal functionality

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Maintain detailed documentation and generate reports on system performance

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in network management (routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls)

• Proficiency in firewall configurations (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Proficient in system debugging (e.g., Sysinternals, Wireshark)

• Knowledge of CCTV systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis)

• Experience with Endpoint Security and IT security best practices

• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations

• Previous IT support or systems administration experience

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities

Certifications (Preferred):

• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
