• First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE’s largest bank and one of the most secure financial institutions globally, is seeking a Relationship Officer. This role involves meeting sales targets, managing broker relationships, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. The officer will play a key role in supporting the bank’s strategic objectives in the commercial, corporate, and business banking sectors.

Core Responsibilities:

• Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives

• Coordinate internal resources to achieve target goals

• Lead the channel planning process, setting mutual performance objectives with brokers

• Manage and resolve conflicts between channels through effective communication

• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and execution of the process

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures for consistency and control

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

• Provide timely and accurate reports in compliance with internal policies

• Manage internal turnaround times and uphold bank’s values and ethics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field (preferred)

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking

• 1-3 years of experience in Mortgages or Loans from a brokerage, bank, or similar institution
