• Anix Global is seeking an experienced Test Manager with expertise in Swift MT to MX, ISO 20022, and Finacle Core for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role requires 14 to 18 years of experience in test management, with a focus on overseeing testing quality, creating test strategies, and managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of testing initiatives and maintaining communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead test strategy development, test design, and execution planning

• Ensure timely delivery and quality of testing services

• Manage test improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with client requirements

• Oversee resource allocation and manage the workload of the testing team

• Coordinate with clients for project risk resolution and deliver regular project status updates

• Supervise offshore teams, provide inputs, and ensure adherence to testing processes

• Monitor testing activities and provide metrics and reports on testing results, defect tracking, and test coverage

• Facilitate UAT coordination with clients and teams

Qualifications:

• 14-18 years of experience in test management, with relevant expertise in Swift MT to MX, ISO 20022, Channels, and Finacle Core

• Immediate availability preferred (notice period consideration for immediate joiners)

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to handle offshore team coordination and task management

• Proven experience in quality assurance, defect management, and reporting in large-scale projects

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 AED per month
