Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Exchange (Mobile App Experience) to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of user experience across their global exchange platform, with a key focus on mobile. This role blends deep product management experience with a strong understanding of crypto trading platforms. You’ll drive impactful product initiatives, collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver world-class solutions for the advanced retail trader.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the mobile app experience roadmap for Crypto.com’s exchange platform

Optimize and iterate on trading UX/UI for advanced retail traders

Ensure seamless cross-platform experiences across mobile and web
-
Leverage analytics to track funnel metrics, setup event tracking, and provide insights through dashboards

Drive feature definition, including detailed specs, user stories, and trade-off decisions

Manage one or more cross-functional Scrum teams, including engineers, QA, and delivery managers
-
Own the product lifecycle: roadmap, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvements

Conduct user studies, gather feedback, and prioritize features to enhance user experience
-
Stay on top of crypto and fintech market trends to inform product innovation

Collaborate with business, marketing, CRM, and sales teams to ensure product adoption and success
Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years of product management experience, ideally in crypto trading or financial platforms
-
Strong knowledge of crypto exchange mechanics (spot, derivatives, trading bots, staking, etc.)

Proven experience shipping customer-facing products at scale

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Experience with event tracking tools and funnel analysis

Solid understanding of API integrations and technical product specs

Strong communication skills; ability to work across diverse teams and disciplines

A user-first approach and passion for building exceptional digital experiences

Demonstrated leadership and ownership in previous product roles
-
Familiarity with Scrum methodologies (e.g., LeSS framework)
