• TRX, an innovative AI startup based in Dubai, is hiring a Business Development Associate to support its rapid expansion. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a high-energy professional with excellent communication skills and a proven background in cold calling and client acquisition. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing leads, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and client growth in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering tailored AI solutions

• Track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel using CRM tools

• Stay updated on AI industry trends and competitor activities

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align strategies

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and sales targets

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market feedback and pipeline performance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

• Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling (B2B/B2C)

• Background in tech, AI, or SaaS industries is highly preferred

• Established contacts or network in the Middle East tech/business space
