• Antal International is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Dubai office. This 360-degree recruitment role involves both new business development and recruitment delivery. The role is focused on achieving set monthly targets, maintaining a strong pipeline of job orders, and building relationships with clients in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads using CRM systems, social media, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence.

• Convert qualified leads into clients through proactive communication and presenting suitable candidates.

• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure a steady stream of recruitment opportunities.

• Build rapport with key decision-makers to secure ongoing business.

• Search and screen candidates, ensuring they meet at least 95% of the client’s requirements.

• Manage the interview process and guide clients to interview the shortlisted candidates.

• Meet monthly and quarterly placement and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in sales and/or recruitment.
