You will work with field service aggregators, help shape training modules, and directly contribute to improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high service standards and innovate solutions to improve service quality.

• Identify and onboard service aggregators, involving fieldwork and direct engagement.

• Self-ideate and provide creative solutions to operational problems at the ground level.

• Manage supply onboarding and partner relationships, focusing on improving partner economics and professional satisfaction.

• Collaborate across teams to build training infrastructures and drive continuous improvements.

• Contribute to the growth of the business and lead the team in achieving set goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills to extract insights.

• Hands-on attitude with a strong problem-solving and innovative approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

• Experience managing teams/people is a plus.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
