• Ounass is seeking a Growth Analyst to join the Growth team, playing a key role in driving the success of the company’s loyalty program. The role involves analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the program. The analyst will also support product development and help create actionable data-driven recommendations for enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and performance data to uncover growth opportunities within the loyalty program.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for new features and product improvements.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to turn insights into actionable product requirements.

• Support development and testing phases by writing clear product requirement documents.

• Measure program performance using key metrics and KPIs, and optimize based on ongoing analysis.

• Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

• Maintain a user-centric approach and contribute to the development of loyalty-focused features.

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.

• Proficiency in SQL (Python knowledge preferred).

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• Passion for data-driven decision-making with high standards of data quality.
