The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates for various technical and business positions, ensuring the best talent is selected for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration:

  • Work with technical business teams to understand client needs.

• Talent Sourcing:

  • Search and source CVs through various platforms.

• Candidate Screening:

  • Conduct phone screenings to pre-qualify candidates.

• Interviews & Negotiation:

  • Carry out interviews and negotiate salary packages and contracts.

• Onboarding:

  • Organize the contract signing and integrate new consultants.

• Recruitment Initiatives:

  • Organize recruitment events, challenges, campus management, and team-building events.

Required Criteria:

• Degree:

  • Hold a degree in Business, HR, or equivalent.

• Experience:

  • Initial experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting or staffing company.

• Interest:

  • Interest in high technologies and information systems.

• Skills:

  • Autonomous, dynamic, and result-driven with strong communication skills.
