• DP World is looking for a Senior Operations Officer to oversee client relationships, account management, and operational delivery for group clients. This role involves managing staffing projects, leading teams, ensuring compliance, and presenting performance reports to senior management. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in account management, preferably in port operations or staffing, and a UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships and developing tailored staffing solutions.

• Account Management: Develop strategic account plans, understand client business operations, and pursue service expansion opportunities.

• Project Management & Operations: Oversee end-to-end operational delivery of staffing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team, provide training, and ensure performance goals are met.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present performance reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client and operational challenges proactively.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 7+ years of experience in account management (preferably in port operations or staffing)

• Excellent English communication skills

• UAE driving license
