The Product Manager will play a critical role in the development and launch of AI and data products, bridging the gap between technical and business teams. This role focuses on creating and driving the product vision, defining requirements, and managing the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will oversee product development, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with Inception’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate product strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

• Product Development: Define product requirements and work with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Roadmap and Prioritization: Create and manage a product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

• Market Research: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and build relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, focusing on AI and data products.

• Skills: Strong technical background, project management skills, excellent communication, and strategic thinking.
