Join a renowned premium bakery brand in Dubai, specializing in artisanal pastries, breads, and desserts, as a Sous Chef overseeing the Sandwich Section. You will be responsible for crafting gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and savory baked goods that reflect the brand’s commitment to innovation and quality. This role will also involve collaborating with the Head Chef to create seasonal menu items and ensuring high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sandwich & Wrap Preparation: Create a wide variety of gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and savory baked goods in line with the brand’s premium standards.

• Recipe Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new sandwich recipes and seasonal items.

• Quality Control: Monitor food preparation techniques, portion sizes, and garnishing to ensure the highest culinary standards are met.

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, reduce waste, and manage the timely ordering of fresh ingredients.

• Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and adherence to quality standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a sandwich or cold kitchen section.

• Skills: Expertise in international sandwich preparation, strong knife skills, plating techniques, and ingredient knowledge.

• Food Safety Knowledge: Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.

• Creative & Innovative: Ability to experiment with new ideas and seasonal variations while maintaining quality.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 9,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Benefits: Yearly airline ticket allowance.
