Charterhouse Middle East is partnering with a SaaS-based company specializing in cloud-based solutions for the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. They are seeking a Business Development Manager – Saas to expand their platform into the UAE market. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a Country Manager role. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in generating new business, laying the foundation for the company’s growth in the region, and developing sales strategies to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:

Expand the company’s platform into the UAE market, establishing the foundation for regional growth.

Conduct thorough market research and utilize a methodical sales approach to generate new business.

Generate revenue by signing new business and retaining clients through effective sales methodologies.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand into new markets/regions.

Assess new business opportunities and handle objections with innovative sales techniques.

Work with clients on sponsorship opportunities and ensure business growth in the region.

Build long-term relationships and ensure the company’s growth in the UAE.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, with at least 3 years of experience in Tech/SaaS sales.

Skills:

Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

Experience expanding into new markets or regions.

Strong sales methodologies for business development and retention.

Knowledge of the SaaS industry and tech solutions is a plus.

Ability to generate new business and close deals effectively.

Compensation:
-
Salary: AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month, plus commission.
