The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the on-site delivery of real estate development projects, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and adherence to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Alef Group’s on-site representative throughout all phases of construction.

• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review and evaluate design drawings and technical documentation for compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor site progress, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality control standards.

• Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions.

• Manage design changes collaboratively with consultant teams to avoid disruptions.

• Resolve on-site construction issues to maintain workflow and project momentum.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and permitting obligations.

• Provide regular updates and reports on project milestones for management review.

• Lead and mentor project teams, maintaining construction excellence across deliverables.

• Participate in project inspections, reviews, and handover processes to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably in a developer setting.

• Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.

  • Knowledge of regional construction codes, regulations, and standards.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering and construction documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Prior experience working directly with developers, contractors, and consultants is highly desirable.
