Midea Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support its expanding operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and is ideal for HR professionals who excel in multicultural environments and bring a strategic mindset to human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across the MEA region.

• Align HR strategies with business objectives and regional needs.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and implement policies in line with regional regulations.

• Lead HR initiatives including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Foster a strong, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.

• Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement and localize corporate strategies and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HRBP role within the MEA market.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in MEA countries.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.

• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a cross-cultural setting.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
