Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strategic relationships with interior designers, restaurant owners, and hotel operators.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets consistently.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business expansion.

Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to maximize revenue.

Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in key account management and business development.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

A robust network within the design, hospitality, and F&B industries will be a strong advantage.

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Salary and Benefits:

AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
