ADNOC Group is seeking a Specialist in Projects (Planning) for their offshore projects. This role involves the development, maintenance, and timely distribution of master project plans to all relevant stakeholders. The Specialist will ensure the progress and challenges of offshore projects are well-documented and communicated to the project team.
Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans and milestones based on project objectives, incorporating input from relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update offshore project plans on a weekly basis, providing status updates to project engineers and other stakeholders.

Produce the baseline project schedule and obtain approvals through reviews and meetings with stakeholders.

Ensure clear communication of project priorities to management, engineering, and other functions.

Analyze critical and sub-critical paths and develop schedule recovery plans as needed.

Recommend strategies to overcome project challenges to meet objectives and identify resourcing synergies.

Set up progress measurement and reporting systems according to established procedures.

Develop procedures, tools, and templates for offshore project planning activities.

Participate in risk identification and assist with the development of risk mapping matrices.

Support the review and integration of subcontractor schedules to ensure compliance with project timelines.

Develop project status presentations and reporting for internal and external use.

Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Skills Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant professional qualification.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Offshore Projects, specifically in the Oil & Gas industry.

In-depth knowledge of offshore project operations and regulations in the Oil & Gas sector.

Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
Professional Certifications:
-
Planning & Scheduling Professional (CEP) preferred.

PMP or Project Management Certification preferred.
